Lead Planner & Founder
Sarah started Summit & Veil in 2016 after years of working as a venue coordinator at one of Colorado's most beloved mountain properties. Her approach is simple: listen deeply, plan meticulously, and show up fully on your wedding day. She has personally guided over 150 couples through their Colorado wedding journey, from intimate elopements in Rocky Mountain National Park to 300-person celebrations in Vail.
We take a limited number of weddings each year so every couple receives our full focus. You will always be working with Sarah, not handed off to a junior coordinator.
We build 40-page wedding day timelines. We pre-walk venues. We confirm with vendors the week before, the day before, and the morning of. Details are our love language.
Our job is to carry the mental load so you don't have to. From the moment you hire us, you should feel lighter. If you don't, we aren't doing our job.
